Picked up this cool little sign, 12 x 18 for a very reasonable price shipped in my hands. Love when that happens. I gave it a light cleaning with just hand soap. With a 5 minute investigation, the fact that Desoto is on there and they don't come into existence until 1927, I'm saying it's 1930's. Great little addition to my side collection of QS.
