I HAVE A AMERICAN GAS Cloth BANNER , AND NEEDS A GOOD CLEANING AND WASH LOOKING FOR RECOMENDATION ON A GOOD METHOD TO REMOVE THE YEARS OF DIRT AND GRIM/STAINS WITHOUT SACRIFICING THE COLORS .AND TRICKS OF THE TRADE OR INPUT WOULD BE GREAT.

This topic has been previously discussed on the forum. You might use the search tool and look into it. Basically though, leave well enough alone. You can lightly vacuum the piece and see if it picks up any dust/dirt, otherwise I know of no safe way to clean an old banner. If you wash it or even try to spot clean it, more than likely you will damage it.
