I don't understand? If you want that sign, its available right there on ebay?
Or are you looking to get a cheaper one, or are you wondering if its truly an old original sign?
I'm not a neon expert by any means, but it looks to me like an extremely overpriced, new, modern decorator piece!

Kevin is right on target! That sign isn't original. Just buy you a Texaco sign and get a neon guy to fix it for you.

I do not believe there was one with all that neon, may have had just the Texaco and the side outlined. This one there as others have pointed out is a wish version for someone.

You might not be getting the gist of the comments offered? That sign was never produced for, or used by the Texaco company, therefore it is termed "not original".
If you are looking for "that exact modern sign", I suggest you contact the seller on ebay and see if he will sell you one with or without the neon!
This site is mostly used by collectors of "old, original to the gas & oil industry of the past" and the signs and memorabilia associated with it.
The sign you are looking for is a new, modern, decorator piece and the collectors that inhabit these pages, do not mess around with that stuff for the most part.
