Hey guys, I'm new to oil and gas collecting. Wondering if anyone could identify this for me and a rough value. Is it from a lubester?

Thanks for the help

Looks to be a barrel pump. It is threaded for the bung hole of a 55 gallon drum. Maybe a diesel farm tank? Hard to tell. Value, not much. Paul www.severngaspumps.com
