It looks like Lee has a pretty good idea especially the way this place has really increased the traffic on here with Dwaine..... Hubba.... Frankie...Dodo and the rest of the regulars..... is there a way to make chat possible on the oldgas website ??
But then again maybe not such a good idea... it might make this place even more addicting and Dwaine would have to start using more fingers......

This is a chat room, we're in the U.S.A. and on the best website in 43 countrys , what more do you want, Jim takes care of us. all you have to do is jump in, ask a question. theres more guys out there then you think, they just don't say anything or we don't give them a chance , they might be a little slow, but there good guys, come on in the waters fine. have a good day.

I just thought it'd be a little quicker Dwaine.... especially since you guys have started asking triv q's.... more like in real time... I know Jim is taking very good care of us and it would probably be too hard and too much trouble to figure something like that out.

Sure did , everytime the wife comein the bedroom where the puter is I play it , FATBOY , Hey FATBOY,ha ha ha . after about 1 min its a little much but its fun. I was up at 04:30, 06;30 your time . I think the chat stuff is with certin carriers, like aol, its better like this so we can be monitered,

Yeah! We need to be monitored. Just ask my wife (right Jodi?).
She checks in on the site and makes sure we aren't all having too much fun. I just can't seem to get her to actually register. I think it would be a hoot to have her jumping in with her perspective.

Here's my two cents worth. I don't like the chat room idea. I have to log on when I get a chance, and I'd hate to miss all the comments you guys throw out. It's about all the entertainment I can handle any more. If you guys were on a chat room, none of the guys like me would be able to read later what you were all chatting about. I'd miss some great conversations. Please don't leave me guys!

Dang... "Chat Room" was posted 10/15/02 and just now getting a reply. Great, the reason I ask was so there could be a place to talk without being on line all the time and haveing to check for a reply. I know it would be hard to set something up on this site for a live chat, but there is rooms that we could go to to have real time talk.
Just a tought thats all.

Funny Ted..... Not really bored.... just thought it was a good idea when I first read it, but at the time there wasn't that much action on here.... but lately things have really started to liven up.... and with the triv q's it just got me to thinking that it could be the right time for it, so I put chat in the search and found Lee's old post and there you go. I have no idea how or if it could or should be done here, but at least you guys get to think about it and and voice your opinions.
And then Don has to go and make real good sense about missing out on some of the good stuff.. I hadn't thought about that.
My computer was down for just over 2 weeks.. and you guys have no idea how long it takes to catch up on all the message boards here, but I finally got it done.
Here's your tribute Hubba....
