Located a couple WAYNE 100A candidates for a rust oration...Never been close to one, not a common pump. Any thing I should be aware of ?

The swivel belt is locked up on one of them....I know it is spring loaded.....How difficult to free it up ?.

You should be able to free it up fairly easily unless it is rusted up. The main problem is that you will have to take the pump pretty much all apart to get it out. If I remember correctly it is a five piece mechanism. I think I have extra parts for it in the barn. Richard
