Any tips on popping out a dent on a square quart that’s still full sealed? Thank you for any advice

I have to say when I first started (30+ years ago) collecting I didnt buy cans with dents ad I bought them full. Occasionally due to temperature changes or something once in a while one would get sucked inwards. I use to slap them against an open palm. Most of the time that worked, but occassionally it wouldnt and it was hard on the hand. Lol lol. Last month I bought a full can that had a dent. I tried an item I bought years ago and never used.....Pops-a-dent. I used just one of the pads. I was scared to use the hot glue and the first couple of times because I didnt use enough glue for it to ooze up through the pad holes it didnt work - but the heat did not hurt the paint. Once I figured out my problem the next two attempts totally took out the dent with mo paint damage. Just my experience. John. Oh and my quart was round.

I appreciate the info John, I’ll order one off Amazon and try it on a few clunkers until I master it then I’ll attempt it on a few good ones. Thank you again Trevor
