Finally, here is the Red Indian Garage wall finished. I turned the pumps around to show the White Flash sides, and finally the Red Indian side that the garage will stay as. Thanks for joining me on this project I thoroughly enjoyed. Please continue to follow this link as I will soon be adding a Seloil display cabinet and a few more signs. Also I plan to hook up some headlights to that old Essex Super six radiator on the wall.

Very nice job. You might want to think about painting your CV up like a big grease can. Would blend right in with your space.

Bought a set of old car lights at the outdoor market, got them working and hung on the wall with that Essex Super Six Rad.

sponged in some fake clouds in my sky by dabbing white paint lightly with a new sponge. Sorry, but I’m no artist, best I could do I disagree, looks great. The whole display is neat. Like the lit headlights.
Looking for photos, etc from 60s era Shell-A-Rama gas station and Pal's Diner, Rt. 17 Mahwah, NJ & US or state highway signs, shields, route markers

I picked up this Seloil display cabinet to rough restore into Red Indian to go with my Red Indian gas station inside my garage. Lots of degreasing to do, sand and rough paint. Plan on lighting it up and adding a Red Indian globe. Not original, but I have seen pictures of other people adding a globe to this style of display cabinet.

I figured out how to access the large plastic oil catcher basket in the bottom of the oil rack. It’s cracked, broken and missing pieces, but still cleans up okay. Original to display cabinet as it says Seloil in the plastic.

Attaching a globe holder and all electrical installed in cabinet. Very tricky running the wires for globe lighting and lighting up both sides of can display areas and sliding drawer for oil pouring. Had to be wired in such a way as to opening and closing both oil display doors and not interfering with that operation. Priming globe and globe holder.
