Need to rewire my light manifold and figure out a new light switch activated by the rod.

How are the porcelain sockets removed?

Your replacement socket shows the location of the screws. If you can't get them lose, I sometimes end up breaking the porcelain sock with and hammer, then I can get the screw out. Richard

The screws are broken off and frozen. May just grind it smooth and glue the sockets in place
