Good day all. I have a Bowser 565 with ad glass below the main window. This pump is pictured in Jack Sim first edition pump book on page 100, upper right.
Windows are missing. Does anybody know how the front glass was retained?
Also missing the side door. Looks like the door is specific to that pump. Maybe one can be copied from an example?
The chrome trim pieces around the window are damaged, any replacements out there?
Thanks very much, Denis.0215

Can't answer your question on the glass or access door. I've never resorted a 565. I good stainless man can pound out the dents and buff them out on your trim. Odd trim is hard to come by on some of the Bowser pumps. Richard

The glass sits on the outside. The trim and little tab on the top hold it in.

Thanks Matt, so the glass just gets pinched by the tab and trim. So no rubber gasket or anything that the glass slide into? I guess to install it i would have to remove the top tab and one of the side trim pieces, then slide the glass underneath.
By chance would you have pictures and rough dimensions of the top side cover? It has a hole through it for the reset handle.
I will try to get one made locally.
These pumps are not that common it seems. Hard to get parts.
I like Shell also. Thanks
