Hi guys. Just wanted to thank Bob and Doc for taking care of me and posting my banner. GREAT FEATURE, by the way. We get to see a little bit of everything. My dad and I were real excited to get it. It isn't in the best of shape but considering the age, and the fact we have not ever seen another one, we will take it. I might post this in another forum, but does anybody know what might be good to preserve a banner with that will not harm it ???? I don't want it to deteriorate any more than it already has.

Thanks,

Jeff Johnson

JARVIS - THANKS FOR BRINGING A TEAR TO MY EYE! OUCH! HOPING YOU GET YOUR $$$$ BACK ON THAT ONE, BUT I KNOW YOU'D RATHER HAVE THE GLOBE!

JEFF - ABOUT THE BANNER....YOU COULD GET IT FRAMED FOR ABOUT $200+/- USING SAFE, ARCHIVAL ELEMENTS SUCH AS MATTING, BACKBOARD AND GLASS (AS OPPOSED TO PLEXIGLAS). I WOULD HELP IF YOU LIVED CLOSER AS I DO FRAMING AND MY EX-GIRLFRIEND DOES MATTING.
JUST MY OPINION...

MIDWEST OIL - !!!!!! NICE SCORE !!!!!!!!

PAUL - PLEXIGLAS COULD SHED A LITTLE OIL IN ABOUT 100 YEARS ON YOUR ITEM! LOL!!! I BELIEVE THERE IS AN ARCHIVAL PLASTIC OR PLEXIGLAS.
DEEP POCKETS IS THE WORD! GLASS IS GOOD. JM2C!

Only trouble is getting a sheet of glass 5'x3' gets real expensive, plus the other and before U know it, its cost U a small fortune just to display one banner, not including the cost of the banner, fine if U have deep pockets, but takes away from buying something else!!
