That looks like a fun project for someone with more time than money. Are you going to restore it? Would love to see the finished product.

Here's an idea...

I think 47 is the same??

If you need hood trim, I have the 90 degree part from the nose of the hood, and the lower part with the latch. One side of the lower is bad. Let me know if you need them.

Cool truck, I like it!

That is way cool. Looks like new rubber, obviously it's roadworthy now, being it's in town. Boy, what to do, with the "old school" look getting more and more popular, to leave it as is, but it would sure look good restored. Either way a great find.

That thing rules!!PLEASE leave it as is,it's way cool.If the thing was a turd I would say restore it,but it's nice solid clean truck with perfect patina.Once you restore it,it's no longer orginal,it's just restored.Thats just me,I like untouched stuff no matter what it is.Man I like that truck,it would look better in my garage!!

I`d love to have something similar on an earlier truck, like early 1930`s. If I could find a tank, locating a truck to put under it would be the EASY part!
