http://cgi.ebay.com/old-glass-top-gas-pu...1QQcmdZViewItem Pretty interesting idea. Can you imagine some neon tetras in there? Coolness... You could even match the fish to your desired pump/company color scheme on a new resto... Wes

There used to be a steak house in Louisville, KY called "Daryls" that had a gas pump aquarium in it. Unfortunately, the building was sold and demolished a couple of years ago (they had good food, too!). I always had dinner there when I was attending the Street Rod Nats.

Jim,
It was a good place to eat. I live about 50 minutes south east of there. The stuff inside the restaraunt sold at auction and the pump/aquarium sold to an absetee bidder out west. It went very high, I do not remember the exact price. Give me a shout when you are in Louisville, KY. I know several good places to eat.
Thanks, phil

Wes,
You are correct about the eating. When are you getting married? I am sure there will be free food there. LOL

Phil, Thanks for the invite. It looks like I will not be able to attend the NSRA Nats this year due to work conflicts. I've been working 7 days a week since Feb and will probably continue through the late fall. Hopefully, I will be there next year. I had bad luck at Louisville last year when the car got severely damaged during a thunderstorm. Jim The Hot Rod Grille Garage www.wvpinball.com
