Can any one tell me what the pump handle was locked to on a Hayes pump ? I have an original handle on my pump, so I am told that has a place for a lock to pass threw what should the bracket look like on the pump?

If it is a square Hayes, I have one and there is no lock for the pump handle on mine. It has a valve inside that would drain the gas so you wouldn't be able to pump gas up in the cylinder.
Have any pics??????
