Need some help with a Bowser gas cart. I belive it is a model 121. On the front or end of the cart behind the park brake lever is a spring loaded telescopic rod with tapered ends. Also on both sides are two pins, one appears to be a pivot, the other a stop. My guess is that there was some sort of framework that could be raised up and locked into place displaying an advertisement or fuel price when in use, or it could be released and lowerd out of the way when not in use. I have never seen any cart with this type of upgrade, appears to be original not an add on. Any help or picture of what would have been there would be a great help. Thanks Steve

Please post another pic showing more of spring loaded telescopic rod with tapered ends
Pivot & stop pins on side, possibly for some kind of shelf/tool holder [whisk broom, cleaning supplies etc]. Could be folded up when not in use.

The graphics are vinyl. Three trips to the paint booth, orange, black, silver, then the vinyl and some air brush work on the top, then clear coat to seal it all in. It was a lot of time, there were chrome mouldings removed, holes had to be filled.
