(WELL ALMOST....) DAVID & CARLA OF UDALL, KANSAS ASKED ME TO POST THEIR CHRISTMAS TREE SUBSTITUTE: "Hi Larry, Thanks for the reply. I got this pump last summer at an auction. The only place it would fit was the middle of the living room and I sure wasn't going to move it for a tree! Anyway, we thought this would be fun for a change. The pump is a G&B T-176. It has a very nice restoration on it. I added globe and decal. I wish the other 10 pumps sitting around the shop looked as good. Someday....:-) We sure enjoy OldGas. It's the most used shortcut on my desktop. We love "Showcase & Stories." There's so much cool stuff out there. Keep postin' them pics guys. Thanks again, h2oski David & Carla Udall, KS

I was going to ask where you were going to dispose of it after Christmas so I could be there to save it from the trash. LOL

I've been thinking for the last few weeks of how I can decorate a tree with all small oil cans hanging on the branches. Has anyone ever tried it?

I looked around a little for gas related christmas tree ornaments and found very few. A employee told me about how they decorated there tree one year with the Union 76 antena balls. I think small oil cans or balls with decals Could be a seller.IMO If any one has any I am interested.

My parents found these ornaments at Menards a few years ago and gave them to Wes for a Christmas gift. We have probably 7 or 8 on our tree.
