I'm restoring a National A-62. The question
I have is this pump only had rubber around the glass in the doors but I've seen in the
repo parts books chrome trim for around the
glass.Which way is correct.

My National 64 just has the rubber to hold the glass in also. I have not seen one of the pumps in this series with chrome trim around the window glass. I do have a Tokheim 39 which uses the same doors as these National pumps with some trim around it but it is painted over so I don't know what it is like underneath. This pump does have brackets on the inside of the door to hold the glass in. Does not use rubber to hold the glass so that may be the difference. Did you ever find a face plate for this pump??

Thank you for your reply.I think I'll
just locate the rubber seal that matches
the old one and use that to hold glass in.
I never did find face plate that I needed.
