HEY GUYS,
I HAVE COME ACROSS A STATION LIGHT THAT I HOPE YOU CAN GIVE ME INFO AND A VALUE ON. IT IS ABOUT 5 OR 6 FEET TALL MADE BY REVERE ELECTRIC COMPANY. IT HAS A GREEN AND WHITE PORCELIAN SHADE. ON TOP OF THE SHADE IS ANOTHER METAL FIXTURE WITH FIVE OR SIX INDIVIDUAL LIGHT SOCKETS. THE BODY/FRAME HAS TWO SIDES THAT APPARENTLY WERE SOME KIND OF RIBBED OPAQUE GLASS. IT HOLDS TWO BULBS ON EACH SIDE. THERE A SMALL REMNANTS OF THIS GLASS IN THE FRAME. I COULDNT GET A PICTURE OF IT, DIDNT HAVE A CAMERA WHEN IT WAS OFFERED TO ME.
ANY INFO YOU CAN PROVIDE ESPECIALLY AS TO VALUE WOULD BE APPRECIATED.
MIKE

Your style of florisant light was also used by ECO for their 240 series Islanders. Go to this page: http://www.petrolianacollectibles.com/eco-240%20parts.htmScroll down to near the bottom for a picture. Two examples of your light are also shown on page 99 of my Air Identification book. Jack Sim

Please help! What's a light like this worth? One glass missing but the frame it there. The over all height is 5' The body height is 4' 9 1/2" tall The glass height is 47 1/2" The diameter is around 9" to 10" There is a 2 3/8" diameter pipe extending 2 1/2" below the bottom of the light. On this light I would like to get just as much as I possibly can. I have no idea what the value of it is but would like to get close to what it's worth. I think the glass is hard to find and shipping would be a concern. Thanks Rick Nelson

Have you looked in Jack Simm's gas pump guide?.. I would think that would bring a pretty good dollar, but the shipping/transporting would have to be a major factor.
