Hello All,
I got this can free from a friend of mine. He has a case of them, all full. This is the average condition. Does this can have any interest or value? If so I may be able to get the rest of the case and offer them to others.
Thanks for the help!
Darin
I did not clean this can yet, and I'm sure it will clean up pretty well.

As with any can, there's some value. Without knowing too much about this can, I'd say that it's from the 30s or 40s just by looking at the graphics.

I wouldn't mind having one in my collection.

I know nothing about the history of the company but they are still operating today. Their large drums resemble the graphics of your smaller can. I maybe able to learn more about this company today as i'm visting a garage that uses this type. Terry

Sounds like a heck of a deal Doc! LOL! Thanks for the replies everyone. I guess if I can get the case I might and offer them if it works out. I didn't think they were very valuable cans, but since they are metal they have a little more interest to me.

I grew up on a farm. We used this product in the 50's/60's to keep sludge out of farm equipment engines. You'd drain a quart of oil out of the crankcase, pour in a quart of MotorKlenz and run for a while. Shut down and drain all the oil, along with a bunch of gunt from inside the engine. Worked well. Could be used in fuel systems too.
