The PENNZOIL Is 30 3/4" x 18" VALUE ?
The BOWSER Base is the same as THE 310 Holes 15" apart BUT What does it fit and value ??

I think it is a Bowser 310 base.

310 base has 3 recessed bolt gullys for the inside frame rails [2 on one side & 1 on opposite side].

It is not a Bowser 318. I just looked at mine. The measurements are the same, but the 4 inside holes are wrong.

Dick is right, Bowser 97, looks the same as a 300 & 318, but it's not.
