I made a few if these years ago, they replace the top valve on the big pipe. They hold the small piston type part on the long rod, that goes to the Tank-Car knob. The piston part has a flat?, when turned opens a window in the valve, used to drain back fuel at night,

Anyway its the big valve part, w/o the top flange & threaded rod. Billet aluminum, very close to original in size, has the window in it. The only thing needed to finish there, is to round the corners where the 2 top screws go, sandblast if you desire the texture, and paint bronze colour.
