When I was a youngster I remember going thru a book of paintings and came across this painting by Edward Hopper entitled "Gas". Ive always loved this painting for obvious reasons, and I believe this is where my fasination w/petroliana began! This is not actually a nite scene but I love pumps at night. What gets you cranked? Hoodchicken, this is one of my favorites as well ,I think the first time I seen this picture was on a calander hanging on my grandfathers garage wall, its been around a while now, it sure is easy to look at brings back some good memories. thanks for posting it.

Everything about this hobby gets me cranked. When the wife complains about it I get cranky LOL

Nah, everything in Cheese's yard is covered with snow.
