Anyone know what time frame this can is from? I know it was in Iraq or Afghanistan because the language on it is Pashtu, something about 1919 on the back, the numbers for 1 and 9 are the same in both Pashtu and English, a military linguist told me that and said he knew just enough to know what dialect it was but unable to translate. If anyone here can, I would love to know what it says(just for the sake of knowing). thanks
