I came across this, I am curious of value, and what it looks like complete? Looks like it is missing a top piece?

D I WOULD LOVE TO HAVE THAT PUMP,IF YOU PASS PLEASE LET ME KNOW! I WOULD PAY 600 LIKE IT SITS "RIGHT NOW" WITH NO TOP!

IF YOU CAN GET IT FOR 400-500 YOUR DOING OK,THE TOP IS DECORATIVE & IS NOT THE MOST ATTRACTIVE TOP ,FINDING ONE WILL BE THE HARD PART,OR MAYBE NOT ......I FOUND ONE HERE IN TEXAS THAT WAS BEING USED AS A PLANTER,BUT I THINK I GOT LUCKY!

Looks like an 812 and probably had an all glass top. You need to get Jack Sims book that identifies all these pumps and gives a good base price for all of them. Its available by going to the top of this page and clicking on "bookstore". Jacks book values it at $600.

It's a Southwest Model 812CS (circa 1937-1937), missing the all glass top. I have a three of these (all with metal tops), two are done, the 3rd is in the works. I love the art deco lines. Parts are very hard to find, the only one I found who had parts was Ron Scobie who has some new faceplates, emblems, etc.The Glass top will be a hard find, almost impossible (but maybe someone may have one). It took me two years to find a spare top. Check out my pumps in the showcase forum, search "Southwest Model 812" and you'll find them a few pages back. Good luck on the pump.

I have only seen 1 Glass top & passed on it as it had a sizable pc missing.
