These should not have any mounting holes on the bottom. They were "lubester" signs that had a bracket built into the bottom. Just by looking at the rust on the back I would say it is a fake. I have only seen double sided lubester Socony Signs also. Can you get your money back?

No. I believe they were like 12" by 8 or 9" but I will double check. They are pretty small when you see them in person.
