I caught this one too. Isn't this model suppose to have the two metal poles on each side of the brass cylinder? I have never seen them without the pole's. Nice looking pump.

two metal poles?
Bowser PONY pumps were made for many uses [tanks, barrel, floor mounts]
I've not seen any w/ Bolts holding top on.
