Hello Friends ,my Gulf saga keeps going on .. Of course i will need MAP RACK in to my station and please give me your opinion (fast) please .I found this one at ebay : # 3610074278 ,yes it says its repro but is there ever change to found real one? Is this even close to "original" ?

Thats a very good repo, I have a wire one for a single bunch, and for 39.00 you can't go wrong, just me,

The reproduction map rack on eBay is very nice but it is not even close to an original. If you are doing your station in 1950 period, you should be looking for a metal map holder. Gulf didn`t start using the wire racks till the late 1960`s and they didn`t look anything like this reproduction.
Keep looking on eBay. They turn up once in a while although they are in the $200.00 (or more) price range.

THANKS GULFSTUF! What a forum this is ! yes i realy prefer doing it right at once.Ill try keep my eyes on orginal one.Do you have a picture how does original 50s rack look?
