I recently drove from Salt Lake City to Marshall Texas using only state highways. I cruised through every small town I came to and during the whole trip saw not one gas/oil/auto related sign for sale. The story was the same everywhere-they were not showing up at auctions as often and when they were the prices were too high to buy for resale. There was also a noticeable lack of places to shop for our kind of stuff-they are drying up at a quickening/sickening pace. Just my lil ol' opinion based upon personal experience.
