It needs finished. It has new skins, new cast iron door and handle, new white hose, new cylinder, nozzle, tags and decals. Has the shut off valve on it. The base and top are really nice. I guess it just needs paint. Thanks

Is there any difference between the Butler 71 and 81? I have a Butler 81 that looks just like the 71.
