Hello everyone!
In addition to my petrolania collection, I also have over 3,000 'Spiderman' and 'Silver Surfer' comic books. And I haven't bought any in about 5 years! I really need to get back to speed on them and catch up.
Petro related, I collect 'Tire' signs (with the last name of 'Treadway' - it only seems natural). I also collect Pontiac memorabilia and Im working on a collection of 'birth year' license plates with the number combination of '69' (part of our street address) from the U.S. and Canada. I have managed to find 27 out of 51 for the U.S. and 7 out of 12 for Canada.
In addition, I have a Harley I work on, a '77 Pontiac Formula Firebird that is currently in storage and a '56 GMC Panel that I'm starting on as a full custom street rod.
My wife collect cookie jars and Franklin Mint Corvettes. Her Corvettes are displayed in a custom oak 'Gas Pump' display cabinet with a Mobile globe on top. My stuff is not allowed in the house - go figure. But I've got room in the 'Coop' for everything, so I'm a happy camper.
Later . . .
Jim

My passion of course, is Gas and Oil related items. I also enjoy old toys, such as Tonka, Hot Wheels, and old pedal tractors and cars. My old hobby was restoring antique farm tractors, which I still have a few left. John Deere of course. 1939 Model A and 1948 Model M with a No. 30 loader. They take up too much room in the garage. Basically, anything old and rusty is not safe around me.

In addition to Texaco items I also collect Missouri Pacific RR items especially the pocket calenders that they issued each year. I now have every calander from 1938-1962. I still try to find any prior and after these dates. My Grandfather started me on these when I was just a kid.

And I thought "I" was sick....... I collect/accumulate: Corvette-related stuff, most of which is toys and liquor decanters and dealer advertising(and I ain't gonna mention cars and leftover parts) Royal Crown Cola advertising(and still buyin/lovin that stuff) Motorcycle toys. Something new for me(and I'm finding very expensive) Gas stuff(but don't we all???) I won't elaborate on the bicycles, oak furniture, COE trucks, motorcycles, cars, and RT 66 stuff. Oh yeah, and ex-girlfriends. Now THERE'S a collection.......
