Been looking for porcelain 76 signs for a while now... smile Just picked these signs up over the weekend. Was wanting to know any info on em. For instance: which is more collectable, est values of each, and what years each logo ran...Im assuming they are from different years since the logos look different. (Block letter 76 is 6ft DSP and the other one that says "union" below the 76 is 5ft SSP).

Any info is appreciated and helpful.
Thanks in advance,
-Paul

The one that says union on it is more collectable being that it is older. I cant tell you what years they used the logos, and Im not very good with values. I like the signs! Anthony

This is the "OLD" shape of Union Oil signs.Fredericksen started hauling for Union in about 1940 and adopted the shape of Union signs. The smaller signs and later decals were used on tanker truck doors.

Was thinking that the "union" one was older, but didn't know how much older it was. I did go to the Conoco website and saw the shield type Hawkike was referring to...but couldn't find any date ranges the signs might have ran.

Anyone know????
