Hey there Gang!

Yet another question...

One of my 966's has seen better days. The metal top or cap (where the globe would mount) has some nasty dents in it. I have located a top but it is from a 700 series Bennett (supposedly) and I was wondering if they're interchangeable. I would like to get the 700 top for mine but cannot compare the two side by side. Any ideas???

Many thanks!

Mike...I just looked at Bennett 700 & a Bennett 900 that were setting right next to each other and I can't see any differences.
I've got some tops if your other deal falls thru.

Many Thanks Seth & Mark!!!

I thought they looked the same but without comparing them side by side, one can never tell.

Thanks again!

I NOTICED YOUR IN ST. LOUIS. I'M TRYING TO FIND A ROYER PUMP WHICH WAS MADE IN ST. LOUIS DURING THE 1920'S AND 30'S. MY GRANDFATHERTWAS THEIR HEAD MACHINIST, THEN STARTED BRUCE SERVICE AND EQUIPMENT IN 1932.
IF NOT DO YOU KNOW OF SOMEONE WHO MIGHT HAVE ONE?

Hi Ken,

Can't be of much help in your quest for a Royer pump but there is another fellow from the St. Louis area who is a gas pump guru. His name is Jack Sim and he is very active here on the board. You might try contacting him for further information.

Best of luck,
