Does anyone have any info on this sign post? What the style is called or what era it was made in. I would like to sell it but can't find any info on it so have no idea what its worth.
its made from iron..has a bell shaped iron boot..has the numbers 101586 stamped into the boot

Cool...any idea how old it is? Was it made for the Texaco sign? It was just driven into the ground/rock with a very small stone/cement base, over the years it started to lean. So eventually I had to cut it down.
