Just picked up a super clean Wayne 80 and not being a pump guy I am having some trouble. I open the acess door and see a small rod sticking down. Looks like a handle. No amount of pulling , pushing etc will open the door latches. It does move. Don't want to force things but I do need some help. Thanks guys

Have somebody push in on the door while you are trying to move the handle. If that does not work, try soaking it with some PB blaster.
FREEDOM oil items wanted.

Have someone push hard on the center of the door about four to six inches below the bottom of the window while you rotate the latch. Sometimes these latches hang up and won't let go.
