Family Tradition, A picker, An Antique dealer, A stolen sign, a owner who doesn`t give a damn. This cant be the same person that needed the common sense talk again.

I have seen pictures of a couple of orange and black Refiners signs before. I have only seen an image of the white one on an old Refiners road map. Any idea of value?
So what would you say its worth now?

What eddy has said is 100% true i posted that it was stolen on here because we can monitor the sign trade as a community better than anyone. No parties involved in this. Chat have at any point had the sign were just talking about it.

Maybe change your name to "where's your sign?"

So far it seems like the only people in Georgia, NOT INVOLVED with this sign... Is the Band from UGA and the guys and gals at Benning and Stewart...

Considering we are all friends, I wouldn't be surprised we are all involved.

This kind of reminds me of a couple of lines from an old Judy Collin's song:

"And where are the clowns
Send in the clowns
Don't bother, they're here."

BTW....... how come Shotzy hasn't made any posts since his original one?

Bob the reason I haven't posted is because I don't want to be a part of all this drama. A friend sent me the picture of the sign on the 19th asking if I could help him find out any information about it. I searched the internet but couldn't find anything so I figured the best place to find out would be to list it on here. 2 people responded to my value request and I thought that was the end of it. I had no idea that the sign was going to be listed on Ebay by someone else on the 24th. I have had nothing else to do with the sign since the initial posting. I have no conection with anyone except for the initial owner. I try to stay out of any drama but I figured it was just a matter of time before someone tried to pull me in. I was trying to help someone and use the site for what I guess it was intended to be, to gather information, not to get involved in some circus show. If anyone else would like any additional information about my involvement or lack thereof, please feel free to pm me or give me a call at 843-455-5379. I think the people that know me on here know that I am a standup individual and have no desire to be a part of this mess.

No need for all the nit wit jibberish between the factual information. Heeeehaaaaw y'all

Thnk about what you could buy for $1500 in this hobby and ask yourself, do I really need this sign for $1500?

Based on Eddy's history of asking prices on his signs, im sure he has put this value on it? Definitely not leaving any pennys on the table on this one.

Actually Thermo, I don't know anything about the sign to price it. However, if you'll notice, everyone on here posted a top estimated value of $300. It was at $715 on eBay. It one day it's gone back up to $500+.

Also, all of my "over priced" signs have sold for somewhat of a profit. So I'd say I know what I'm doing fairly well. So Id thank you to quit questioning my abilities there.

There is a lot I don't know. The things I buy, I know how to price.

Yet another post blown up by people who get off topic and seem to want to drag my name through the dirt.
