Wayne 275 or 276, 1st made in 1918 and probly made into the late 20's.

I've had both models, the only differance in them was the dials. One has a glass covered dial, other had a open dial.

Some that I've had, had a castiron cover door, others had a sheetmetal door at bottom. They have a clip or finger on bottom, and were held in place by a rod inside the lower skin.

On the round dome would have been the WAYNE decal, around the upper sheetmetal would be the WAYNE PUMP AND TANK CO. decal [from the factory].

Restore it as you please, then post a picture for all to see.

Sorry do not have a restored picture. Some one here probly does.

Most of the ones I've seen were all rusted out , this ones pretty good, if you take that cap off the top you can put a pipe with a globe on it, not bad , now you need some of that rust free stuff they order to lossen all the nuts and rust, good find, to old for me ,
