Still has HANDY CITY Price Sticker that the best I can tell says: $3.59.

Handy City closed it'd doors (we bought store fixtures in early 1980s) So this can is at least 30 years old and likely over 35.

Great Tri-Color Red,Yellow and Silver Paint.

Does have minor deterioration of under side, dent in side that is pictured in last picture (lower left bottom). There is also corrosion evidence around disimilar metals, wear/contact areas, scratches/imperfections in paint and minor rust in/under paint. It's not a show-car paint job. The silver/alum paint on top was applied thin from factory and shows surface rust
