Serious answer...make one. The one in the photo looks to be in great shape. Put some polyethylene (a cut up garbage bag will do) on a level floor and make a simple square frame of 1x6 (or 1x8 if the tops are 6" deep) that is 6" larger than the top. Take the top you have and coat it with cheap cooking spray (this acts as a release agent). Center it, right side up in the frame so you have about 3" on all sides. Mix up some plaster (hydrocal is best but regular patching plaster will work for a one off) fairly stiffly so it is like pudding and throw it on the top so you have a 1/2" coating. Then you can mix up the plaster a bit thinner and pour it in the box until the top is covered about 2-3". Let it set then flip the whole thing over. Take out the old top and mix up some fiberglass resin. Paint the inside of the plaster with the resin and then reinforce with some fiberglass mat. Aim for a 3/16" thickness. When it hardens pop it out of the plaster mold and you should be all set. Total outlay shouldn't be more than $50-100 and some elbow grease.
