Heres mine double sided 30" independant gasoline sign. I bought this at a yard sale in oklahoma. And at a great deal. Both sides were covered in 3 coats of paint but the shelving was thick enough for me to tell what it was. It started me collecting the smaller regional gas company signs. and anything with a cool graphic.
Hunt long and hard the good stuff still out there. Jonathan lowry.

This would be my farorite sign because it's my first sign ever. Sent me on the petro journey. I'm also partial to this sears sign as well due to family history.
Got Socony???

Mine would have to be the Authorized dealer Sinclair Opaline motor oil sign, the graphics of the oil can and shelving on this sign have always made it a favorite

Looked at this as a kid for years growing up on top of a old Cycle shop. When they went out of business I asked the building owner if it was for sale, he said yes. Made the deal and went back the next day to take it down. Someone or more had already cut part of it loose, had the block and tackle already hooked up and to it to borrow it. They must have gotten startled, because they left all their tools and the ladder. Needless to say it did make out job easier.

The Chrysler/Plymouth sign. It was a birthday present from my wife.

I have several that I am quite fond of; but my 5'x3' United Motors in the original ring would have to be high on the list. I have several 1930's General Motors vehicles; so the sign fits right in with my love of the automobile.
Buying: Polarine / Red Crown Gasoline Globes and Signs, Early Chevrolet & United Motors Signs, and 1910's through 1940's Gas & Oil Signs.

I too have several favorite signs in my collection all of which are Ford Related, but this has to be at the top of my favorites list. It is NOS and I have the original shipping box, and all the hardware that came with it was still in the original package inside the box.
