Morning. How about Polly Gas (Wilshire Oil in Los Angeles). Or Gilmore Oil Co. also of Los Angeles. Fascinating history on Gilmore.

How about Billups. They were all over east Texas and the southeastern U.S. Headquarters were in Greenville, Mississippi and later moved to Hammond Louisiana. Billups was later sold to Hess petroleum around 1961-63.
Paddy Wanted. Billups, Ride with Rose, Har-V, LORECO, STANOCOLA, Pan Am (early), Hurricane, Evangeline, Canal, Gulf Coast, oil companies.

Hey Ryan...if you are trying to stay in the Lonestar State, why not go Magnolia or Humble?

Hey, for an Art Deco pump restoration, your best bet is West Coast stuff. The company that stands out the most as have an Art Deco pump plate is Regent aka Fortune. Gilmore would look real good and so would Douglas on that stile of pump.
I read somewhere recently, may have been here on "old Gas", that Douglas was actually headquartered here in Houston, but it's stations where all out west, so there's your Texas connection.

Morgan has some 16 1/2 magnolia globes made up that would look AWESOME on an art deco pump. Which pump is it?

Next question, where can I find plates, decals, ad glass, and globe for some of these companies. Some I recognize as rare and my college budget wont allow 2000.00 in a pump plate or globe. I do want to do it in a Texas company.
