Monday morning i am going in to Kaiser for a total knee replacement,too many years and too many gears,wore the clutch leg out.I know many of you have had this procedure with good results and that is the goal!

Good luck Frank! I had my left knee replaced in November and it works great! The metal detector at the airport caught me though! LOL!

Frank what brand of replacement are you getting? I "kneed" both of them replaced along with hips most of all shoulders. Good Luck!

Not sure if they have full body transplants yet,but if they do I would get the "Arnold of the 70's" model! Good luck frank,haven't had the need yet,but people I know said its a wonderful thing.

My Dad just had his knee replaced last Monday also. He doing good, just takes some therapy.

I can't wait for the spine replacement that should come out about 50yrs after I die. ha ha ha
No, but really, I saw that episode of Star Trek NG where Wharf gets a brand spankin new spine, I just wished to be Buck Rodgers.
At least I know if my knees go I will be ok with replacement parts.

The knee is called ZIMMER NEXGEN KNEE REPLACEMENT,Surgery Monday morning,home Wed.at 2PM,then the fun began with therapy but they stress the importance of doing it.So far so good,just painful.Google Zimmer,sounds as though it is the best. Good luck!
