He gets email on his phone & generally responds right away. I can never get thru to him with a phone call either and I'm usually in contact with him every couple of days. I don't think he has time for phone calls during the work day, but he does check his emails.

So that's how you get your good stuff, you call people everyday and don't give them a chance to call somebody else. Smooth
