Hey guys,
Does anyone here know if this sign is associated with a particular oil company? Or is it just a generic sign that might be used anywhere? I am planning to list it on ebay and this information would help me to be more accurate.

Thanks for any help.

I.M.O. generic sign, more then likely added to the tanker truck at the truck conversation facility. i.e. sign was attached to truck prior to it being purchased by a gas & oil company and the branding process.

Never saw one attached to a truck but perhaps do it different up your way.

What are the dimensions of the sign? It's size could help to ID where it could have been located.

huskybob,
The sign is 8.5" wide and 10.75" high. I tend to agree that it is probably generic except that the font is rather unusual and might have matched some gasoline sign. It always pays to check.
Thanks for the help.

I agree with hawkike
Also looks like a porcelain sign.
