I recently found this Shell sign and would like to know the history, how it was used, dates it may have been produced, value, etc of such a sign. It is a porcelain milk white clam shaped shell it is aprox 36"tall 36"wide and 10"deep. It's in fair to good shape, guess that depends on its age. I would post a pic but not sure how.
Thank you,

I have no idea how old it is. I have only seen one in a pic on gilmore car museum's web site and it looks much smaller?

Thanks. Any idea what a sign like this would sell for? And how many White Porcelain Shells does one see, while plundering?

I remember seeing one on eBay fairly recently. I just looked and cannot find it in the completed listings however.
You may have better luck!

Got me stumped! What are Roxanna Days?
Anybody have a idea on the VALUE of a 36" White Shell?
I found a 24" listed on Esty.com for $1700 plus shipping. Is that a reasonable Value on such a Rare Sign?
