That site gives a lot of Shell history and now I know about Roxanna Petroleum and Union Oil merging with Shell in the mid '20's to form Shell Union Oil Co. But the article didn't mention advertising logos or White Shell signs and their uses. I'm kinda thinking in the early days Shell was mostly on the west coast. Not many Shell stations over here East of the Mississippi River. So I'm still curious about the use of White Shells and their Values of em theses days. They seem to be a Rare find?

Question: How many Gas Junkies have White Shell signs in there collection? Id like to know. Thanks for everyone's replies.

As for value of your sign, in that condition, probably $2-400 in my opinion...

Thank. And yours is nice Paul! I'd like to see pics of some more white shells. Everyone has a yellow and red, but how many have a whitie?
