FILE THE PP COMPLAINT, SHE Deserves it. Maybe she will get an ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT from PP by having to pay ALL Shipping charges [BOTH WAYS].

EBay/ PayPal will send you a prepaid shipping label and then return all your money when she receives it via tracking #. If you pay to ship it back you probably wont get that money back. Wait for. EBay's label

I just did a return that was sold with free shipping, and ebay
sent a link to print off a postage paid shipping label for free
shipping back to the seller. My Seller was very apologetic, and
handled everthing very well, after refund was issued back to my
pay payl account, i left him postive feedback. You may want to
leave a neg though..

When I got ripped off by a buyer (they switched the item I sent) paypal made them pay for the shipping back to me, but paypal did refund them their original shipping costs.

Ok,so I " opened a case" the seller states she will refund,but only if I send back within three days. I have asked her if she is going to include return shipping,and she will not say that in a message.if I'm reading it right ,I have to wait three days before I can " escalate the case". Meaning contact eBay ,and tell them I want return shipping,and buyer will not state that? I have been looking for instructions on how to contact eBay about my case,but can't find anything.so I am assuming that I have to wait the three biz days,before they will allow me to contact them.?they sure dont make it easy.

Mick, If you paid using Paypal, you need to go through them... At the bottom of their "page" is "Contact Us"... Go through the prompts and Paypal will give you a 800# to call and a "reference #" to give to the CS Rep..
The same using Ebay, if by chance you didn't use Paypal to pay the Seller...

It sounds to me like this girl knows more then you think & playing you.
She won't state she'll reimburse you the return shipping,in hopes that will send it back with in 3 days & "assume" she will,but she won't.
Don't contact paypal.
Don't call that 800 number or any phone number.
You'll just muck up the process and confuse yourself & others..
Keep it simple.
Message her back through ebay and tell her you want her to type that she'll reimburse you the shipping back too.
If she does not state it,wait & escalate the case,and tell them the reason you escalated it is because you want her to pay the shipping back too & she has already given you the impression she won't.
Ebay should then issue you a prepaid address label,that they paid for,and will get back from her later on,that you print out & adhere to your package.
Once that package with that label is sent,they will track it themselves and issue you a refund for everything,the minute it arrives at her door.

Ok,I talked to eBay,and they said do just as Rick suggested.so I sent her a nice response telling her that she must specify that she will cover return shipping also.if not after the 27th I can escalate and Ebay will look over the case and take ness action,including a prepaid shipping label.i am eagerly awaiting her damn reply!
