New to the forum and just getting started in the hobby. Can anyone tell me where I can find replacement parts. I think the pump is from the 60's. Thanks.

You will need to post a picture of the pump to get any help. I have a file drawer filled with Gilbarco literature, but none marked PA 60-84. I have plenty of Gilbarco brochures from the 1960 but Gilbarco was good at printing color brochures without model number with the pumps. hi chuck.most of the venders sell parts for older pumps.post an add in the wanted to buy section of the forum with the specific parts you are looking for, some one may have some lying around.the newer pumps are not as desirable,(yet)hence the demand is not really high enough to produce parts for them.your best bet is to be patient ,and someone will come up with what you need, just gotta get it out there that you need it.with that said, welcome to oldgas, and good luck on you endeavor!mick

Check with your local Bulk dealer, might still have parts in warehouse or some in a storage yard. db

Went through all my Gilbarco lit. from the late 60s and 70s. Can't find anything that looks like this pump. Jack Sim

I'm not familiar with that pump either, but it looks like its all there. Besides, it has a CHEVRON decal, so its gotta be a good pump!!!! These 60s style pumps are bound to be drawing some attention soon. Check this out: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=160176681966 This is like the R.O.T.M. pump that I did a while back. http://www.oldgas.com/shoptalk/ubb/Forum4/HTML/001409.html I sold it, last year, at the Gas Bash, for less than $300.00. Chuck, It looks as though you can get by with some polish, and a bit of effort, with the stainless steel parts of your pump. The white sheet metal, will need a repaint, but that should be a simple job too. Follow the link to the R.O.T.M. feature, that I did. Its a super simple, first time restoration, with a rattle can paint job, article. Maybe that will help with your project. If not, it might be good for some laughs, as you get to chuckle with me, as I stumble through a restoration project, with my camera, and my computer. BTW. Welcome to the best darn petro site on the web...
Anything Chevron I'd rather be flying.....

Welcome aboard. Sorry, cannot help with parts but I love the pump. I really like the Chevron. I like pumps in the rough just as much as the ones that are all fixed up. Nothing wrong with keeping your pump just the way it is. Mike
