Picked this up today, any idea of value? Pretty Rusty no lid and half dollar size hole in bottom. Just curious range is fine. Thanks

Josh

Collecting Oil Cans book says it's 1957 and also lists it along with a can from 1948. The book says $30-$100. I assume the $100 is for the 1948 can in minty condition. But that was also published in 2001.
Personally, I'm not a Phillips guy so I wouldn't give $10 for it. But that's me.
Hope that helps.
BTW, if your going to be in this hobby, buy the books!!! They are priceless!! I quite literally reference mine every day!

Condition is everything! Too rough to be worth more than $10 to $25.

Thank You Guys I Really Appreciate You Taking Your Time To Help Me Out. One Question Though Which Books Should I Get? I've Seen A Few But Don't Really Know Which Ones Are Good.
