Is anyone reproducing the metal flame that bolts in two places towards the top of an American oval porcelain sign built in the 60's?

Are you asking about the blue items shown in the above pic, if so I have two of the worse condition ones you have ever seen, they really need work.

I guess they can be restored, or at least they would be a good lesson of how to restore porcelain items.

Seriously. buy the pair (that is what they are, two identical sides) for $55.00 shipped, (remember they are heavy).

Buy both & sandblast 1. Use other for a paint pattern. OR do as Jack said & repair both. You can't have a sheet metal shop cut 2 out for what Jack is asking Shipped & ya still have to paint them.

jack thanks for your response. the sign I have is still in the frame and therefore the flame bolts to the porcelain in two places towards the top of the sign and then bends out on both sides to clear the frame and then comes back together at the top. is that clear as mud?

I think this may be what you're talking about. There would be another for the other side and they would meet at the tip of the flame. I do not know if they make repro

Not what I have, I have the two piece flame holder that is curved on both side, they bolt together and the flame goes in them.

likeitall,
This would be the same that I am looking for, but only need one side. My sign is a wall mount in original frame, says Standard on one side and American on the other. American side is cream or off white coated over the lettering but can still read porcelain, that would be back side of sign.
