I just bought this small hood tires man, it is 4" tall and has a small flange on the bottom with a hole in it like it was mounted on something. Anyone know more about this what it was used for ect, approx value. thanks dve

I'm thinking a license plate attachment if the bottom tag can be bent down.

I am thinking maybe top of cash register.
The ornate cast iron type had bolt on signs on top..it may have fit there. If the flange is at a 45 degree angle , then it may be bicyle but not too likely.
